Apple Body: Balance, balance & balance

The apple body type is one of the more challenging ones to dress with a fuller middle and slim thighs and legs. Apple body characteristics are:

  • Larger Bust.
  • Broader Shoulders.
  • Narrower Hips
  • Less Defined Waist


The goal is to balance the top and the bottom to make your shoulders and waist appear slimmer and your torso look longer. When choosing clothes, you should focus attention away from your midsection of your body by wearing straight lines or semi fitted clothes.
